Jill Crawford
Jill is an experienced environmental law practioner. She was a former prosecutor and advisory lawyer at the Environment Agency for a number of years and now works in the private sector advising and representing businesses and individuals on a wide range of environmental law matters. Her practice includes advising on contamination, odour, noise or nuisance which are attributable to environmental factors, compliance with environmental permits, conditions, consents, refusals and appeals; She also deals with enforcement actions and investigations undertaken by Local Authorities, the Environment Agency, DEFRA and Natural England. She has a special interest in wildlife crime including the illegal trade in endangered species, access to justice and a human right to a clean healthy environment
