James is currently the Head of Consulting having started his career in Valpak in 2001 working on assessment of the recycling infrastructure in the UK. Subsequently he worked within the policy, business development and consulting teams and as the manager of the Distractor Take Back Scheme before leading innovation and diversification projects around Energy Efficiency and Compliance with legislation.
