Has worked in biowaste recovery since 1998, managed the Italian compost and biogas association until 2014, was President of the International Solid Waste Association 2012-2016; President of the World Biogas Association 2016-2021; was Advisor to the Italian Minister of Environment 2012-13; founded in 2015 and manages the BBIA and in Brussels founded and managed the ECBPI in 2021. He lives and works from London.
