As the UK's largest peer-to-peer reuse charity with 3.4 million members, Freegle is well positioned to work with local authorities to bridge the divide between grassroots and government, reaching more people to facilitate more reuse. From providing free data, information and resources to helping to bolster campaigns and events, Freegle is always keen to explore opportunities for joint working that make a quantifiable difference to waste prevention and behaviour change. The seminar will showcase case studies of existing partnership working with councils as well as giving an overview of Freegle's work and how to maximise peer-to-peer reuse locally.
