UKELA - UK Environmental Law Association
UKELA (United Kingdom Environmental Law Association) is the UK forum which aims to make better law for the environment and to improve understanding and awareness of environmental law. We were established in 1988 and will be celebrating our 30th anniversary in 2018.
We are a registered charity (299498) and a limited company (2133283). Our charitable objects include promoting, for the benefit of the public generally, the enhancement and conservation of the environment in the UK and advancing the education of the public in all matters relating to the development, teaching, application and practice of law relating to the environment.
UKELA runs a vibrant events programme across the UK, as part of our aim to promote discussion and networking opportunities amongst those interested in environmental law. Our events are open to all, but our members receive discounts on tickets and priority booking opportunities. Please see our website for more details.
Our Summer Promotion is currently running until 30 September 2018. Join now to secure UKELA membership at any tier for the remainder of 2018 for half the normal subscription fee. For more details, and to view our terms and conditions, please see the website.
If you have any queries, please contact UKELA’s Senior Administrator, Elly-Mae Gadsby at firstname.lastname@example.org.
