Molson Group Complete Acquisition of Finlay Scotland
In March, Molson Group completed the acquisition of Finlay scotland, securing the distribution rights for the complete range of Terex|Finlay mobile crushing, screening and conveying equipment across Great Britain.

Knight Energy Services Acquire Waste Research Ltd
AHK Group have acquired Waste Research Limited, a leading independent provider of inspection, sampling and testing services for the Refuse Derived Fuel and Solid Recovered Fuel industry. The acquisition of WRL represents a key milestone towards AHK’s vision to become a leader in the provision of inspection, sampling and testing services to the RDF and SRF industry.
AHK’s subsidiary, and one of RWM’s latest exhibitors, Knight Energy Services (KES), has extensive experience and knowledge in the sampling and analysis of solid fuels including coal, coke, biomass and SRF.

Coral Products Launch Fox-Proof Caddies
Coral Products (Mouldings) Ltd have launched their new 23 litre Fox Proof Caddy which was actually tested on by a group of foxes. The caddy has been commended for its unique design, strength, resilience to weather conditions and maybe, most importantly, how fox proof it is; stopping them from gaining access to food waste, or food stored within its polypropylene casing.
Continental Introduce Digital Tyre System to PEMA
PEMA have introduced Continental’s digitised tire management system, CESAR, for more than 18,000 of their vehicles. The system was integrated in PEMA’s system landscape back in 2018 and is designed to offer vehicle and service-relevant data to be continuously exchanged and updated via a special interface.
A year later, Wolfgang Beuleke, Team Lead Tire Management at PEMA, commented: “The benefits of handling all tire management activities via the interface with CESAR have exceeded our expectations. With benefits such as increased transparency, reduction in administrative outlay, and reduced service costs and downtime has increased application-optimised fitment and increased average mileage.”
