WNV-Systems designs, manufactures, supplies and installs heavy vehicle wash facilities primarily for local authorities RCV`s, bus, coach, HGV, and rail industries.
The company was formed in 1994 and provides, Automatic Under Chassis washes, Three Brush Top Washes, Water Reclaim systems, rain water harvesting system, pressure washes and all associated chemicals, parts and an industry leader in service, repair and maintenance always aiming to attend sites under service contract within 24 hours. Other specialist services it provides include water testing for Legionella programmes in line with HSE guidelines.
WNV-Systems designed and patented its unique Automatic Under Chassis Wash, which the company says typically takes 20 minutes to clean a Refuse Vehicle or double-decker bus to Full MOT standards at a cost of bellow £3.10 per wash, giving a full width clean from its nine rotating jets. Their MK2 HMI upgrade also enable the cleaning of Hybrid or Electric vehicles with the robotic head being full programmable to avoid areas such as batteries.
Pressure is kept below levels which might invalidate guarantees on vehicles with exterior mounted management systems.

Under chassis cleaning has generally been done by hand, which represents huge health and safety implications as well as costs. However, there are few health and safety concerns with the WNV machine, as no one needs to be under the vehicle during the cleaning operation.
