We welcome international visitors to the Recycling and Waste Management Exhibition. In 2009 we had attendees from over 40 countries. The NEC Birmingham has excellent airport and train links and can be reached from mainland Europe within a few hours.

I would like to visit from overseas. What do I need to do? 

All you need to do is complete the registration form when registration is available. To be notified when registration is open, please complete this visitor form.  Your badge will then be sent to you approximately 3 weeks before the show opens.

I need a letter of invitation, please can you provide one?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide letters of invitation. We recommend that you contact your local UK embassy to find out what is required to obtain a visa. Alternatively visit www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk

Entrance policy:

RWM is open to trade professional visitors. Owing to the nature of the exhibits on display including plant equipment and machinery being operated live, the organisers regret that under no circumstances will babies or any person under the age of 16 be permitted entry to the show.
