I’m worried that I haven’t received my badge yet, what should I do?
We endeavour to ensure that everyone receives their badge, however under rare circumstances you may not receive your badge. Don’t worry, an email will be sent to you a week before the event, containing your unique reference number and a barcode. Simply print this off and bring it with you to the show so that we can print you another badge on your arrival. If you forget to print the email, just give your name at the registration desk and we will manually print your badge.
If you are in any doubt please contact us and we will check whether you are registered. We can provide you with your unique reference number for you to enter at the show registration point to print off your badge and enter the exhibition.
What do I do if the details on my badge are incorrect?
If you notice your details are incorrect, then log into the registration page, enter your surname and the unique reference number you were provided with when you initially registered and change your details on the form.
